The Galactic Federation of Light (GFL), or Galactic Confederation, are an inter-dimensional council who were revealed to Sheldan Nidle by means of channeling, before 1996. The Ashtar Galactic Command is a division of the GFL. These beings are peaceful, loving, highly intelligent and very in tune with God and Creator Source. The GFL has several million ships currently surrounding planet earth.
Civilisations belonging to the GFL are peaceful spiritually advanced cultures. Enlightened cultures aligned to Universal Consciousness and the Law of One. Each individual member of every Star Nation is accepted as a Free and Sovereign Being.
The Galactic Federation of light is like the United Nations of the galaxy (The Milky Way). All galaxies have Galactic Federations and they all belong to a grand Universal Federation called the Interdimensional association of free worlds(IAFW)/Interdimensional Free World Council which is ruled by the Elohim(The 12 Ancient God Empires).
Approximately 40% are humanoids and the rest are varied forms of sentient beings. Most members of the GFL are fully conscious beings.
Development[]
One of the earliest doctrines to be absorbed by the GFL movement was the “photon belt” hypothesis proposed as early as 1950 by Paul Otto Hesse. The hypothesis suggested that there are cycles of time, for the Earth to pass through a certain wave of photons, that are thought to endow “enlightenment”. Sheldan Nidle attempted to predict the arrival of 16 million spaceships and a host of angels from the "photon belt", for almost twenty years.
As new channelers joined the GFL movement, they have utilized and absorbed older concepts into their millennial doctrines, such as Theosophy and Helena Blavatsky’s (1831 – 1891) Great White Brotherhood of Ascended masters. Also, George Van Tassel’s 1948 “Brotherhood of the Cosmic Christ”, Robert Short’s 1952 “Ashtar Command”, and Thelma B. Terrill (Tuella)’s 1982 “Ashtar Galactic Command”.
Agenda[]
The GFL identify with the Pleiades in the Taurus constellation. They may appear as "multidimensional spirit beings" or as humanoid beings. They are in a conflict with The Greys and Draconians over Earth dealings with Humans. Sheldan Nidle has channeled that the GFL was created 4.5 million years ago to prevent inter-dimensional darkforces from dominating and exploiting this galaxy. At present, there are just over 200,000 member star nations, confederations, or unions.

What is taking so long...why don't they land already?[]
The Galactic Federation of Light are waiting for God's signal before their own ships can openly land amongst us. They strive to follow divine timing in all aspects of their mission.
How can there be a 'Spiritual Hierarchy'?[]
How does that work? Why is it called a Federation? Why are there councils and how dare they lord it over us when we're all beautiful spiritual beings? Obviously these guys have attained a high degree of spiritual mastery. They are not in it for the power. They have the confidence, trust, control, wisdom and skill to take charge of planets, solar systems and galaxies. And we cannot even control what we put in our bodies, or how we act when we're upset. They deserve their position and require a great degree of respect. They love and care for us, and they want us to succeed in evolving to be even greater levels than themselves.
